Job summary

McClement is seeking a Field Services Manager in the United States (Illinois) to lead field training initiatives, manage digital content resources, and partner with McDonald’s and suppliers to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, coordination, and delivery of field training programs that promote operational excellence and Gold Standard execution.
  • Build and maintain digital repositories for quality, food safety, operational, and training documentation while identifying opportunities to improve content and accessibility.
  • Coordinate restaurant execution visits and field initiatives that support product safety, operational consistency, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with McDonald's, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to develop training strategies, gather critical documentation, and ensure successful execution of key initiatives.
  • Design and administer surveys, evaluate operational feedback, and analyze data to identify trends, training needs, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously by establishing timelines, managing risks, and ensuring successful completion of key deliverables.
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives that improve knowledge sharing, training effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions while serving as a subject matter expert on assigned programs.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to assigned team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

As the Field Services Manager, you'll lead strategic initiatives that strengthen operational excellence through training, digital resource management, and cross-functional collaboration. Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Occasional exposure to varying temperature and humidity conditions.
  • Travel as required (20-30%) to support field training and restaurant execution initiatives.
