Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Guard Card for CT locations or willingness to obtain one.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least one year of supervisory, management, or team-leadership experience.
• Experience in security/operations or a service environment is preferred.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple client locations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the market.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Visit client locations regularly to monitor security operations and service quality.
• Provide day-to-day field leadership, coaching, and support to security officers.
• Ensure officers follow post orders and client requirements, GardaWorld procedures, and site expectations.
• Build productive relationships with site contacts and GardaWorld leadership.
• Respond to operational issues, incidents, service concerns with urgency and sound judgment.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on performance or service issues.
• Support onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of staff.
• Assist with staffing and scheduling to maintain client coverage.
• Maintain knowledge of client sites, post orders, and emergency procedures.
• Document site visits, incidents, and follow-up actions accurately.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and day-to-day operations.
• Support Client Service Manager with additional operational priorities.
