Ares Enterprise, LLC seeks an experienced Field Manager to oversee on-site IT field services and customer support across installations. You will coordinate field operations, staffing, and on-call rosters while ensuring top-tier service and adherence to critical incident SLAs.

The role requires DoD-environment experience, strong executive communication, and collaboration with program leadership. On-site presence at LA-area bases with travel to affiliated sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience with team lead or managerial oversight.
• Active U.S. Government Security Clearance (Secret or higher) required; Top Secret/SCI eligibility may be required.

Responsabilités

• Direct on-site IT Field Services and customer interactions with high-quality support.
• Manage staff schedules, 24/7 on-call rosters, and coverage during core hours.
• Collaborate with leadership to support VIPs and meet incident SLAs.
• Track performance against SLOs in the EITSM system to identify trends.
• Attend government and leadership meetings; interface with program management.
