Job summary

CHAOS Industries is recruiting a Field Services Representative to support deployed systems in customer operations. You will troubleshoot hardware and software in operational environments and coordinate with logistics, engineering, and program teams to ensure flawless deployments.

The role requires hands-on hardware familiarity, military/government experience, and willingness to travel up to 50% for testing and demonstrations at customer sites, with on-site work at Hawthorne, CA headquarters.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting military, government, or enterprise technology systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking environments.
Experience with tactical communications, networking, sensors, UAS, C2 systems, or AI-enabled platforms.

Responsibilities

System Deployment & Fielding: deploy and field systems, coordinate internal testing and customer demonstrations.
Know our products and mission: be hands-on with hardware in the field and support fault diagnosis.
Lead basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to engineering with clear reproduction steps.
Work onsite at Headquarters in Hawthorne, CA and travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 50%.
