Triumvirate Environmental is seeking an Assistant Field Services Manager for our New Braunfels, TX team. This role reports to the Field Services Manager and leads environmental field service projects with a focus on safety, quality, and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of site oversight experience, OSHA training, and a valid license. CDL is a plus. Join a company that emphasizes growth, education, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience overseeing environmental jobsites and projects.
• 40 Hour OSHA Certificate.
• CDL preferred, but not required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Comply with DOT, RCRA, and other applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform environmental field service projects.
• Assist with scoping and quoting new projects.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders for projects.
• Oversee and participate in onsite UST/AST/OWS cleanings.
• Participate on a rotating 24 hour emergency response team.
• Operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Manage profitability of the job assignments.
