Triumvirate Environmental is hiring an Environmental Specialist to support the Lab & Onsite Support Services team in New Braunfels, TX. This on-site role involves managing hazardous waste programs for clients and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

You will handle waste preparation, documentation, safety inspections, and on-site support, while working with a team and reporting to the Regional Lab & Onsite Support Manager. Regular on-call responsibilities apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hazardous-waste industry, or relevant military experience
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Ability to analyze complex issues, develop solutions and implement strategies
• Ability to work overtime and flexible hours
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsabilités

• Develop understanding of OSHA regulations and Triumvirate’s Health and Safety practices
• Prepare chemical and biological waste for shipment and disposal, including all federal/state waste documents
• Safely handle hazardous waste containers on client sites and load/unload waste
• Conduct safety equipment and hazardous waste inspections
• Occasionally perform EHS audits for clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service with innovative solutions
• Develop regulatory expertise to ensure client compliance (RCRA, DOT, OSHA)
• Conduct spill response measures and assess cleanup efforts
• Rotate on-call responsibilities as part of Emergency Response team
