Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with quality management experience.
• Minimum five years of progressive quality management in manufacturing.
• Minimum three years of leadership experience managing teams or projects.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers, suppliers, and teams.
• Experience with QMS, audits, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality strategy and continuous improvement across Entry Door manufacturing.
• Drive PFMEA, Control Plan, and risk mitigation activities.
• Coordinate and lead manufacturing trials, validation, and PPAP.
• Lead Field Services team and ensure field inspections and repair practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Supplier Quality to resolve issues.
• Travel to facilities and job sites as needed (up to 75%).
