Qualifications
- Five years of Field Service experience.
- Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Lift up to 50-70 pounds.
- Able to climb 30-foot towers and use safety equipment.
- Problem solve, troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
- Document testing procedures in FAA/DOT logbooks.
Responsibilities
- Manage a customer portfolio.
- Provide routine maintenance checks on a schedule and within FAA/DOT regulatory compliance.
- Provide timely site reports to central office following customer visits.
- Use RM3 monitor tools to manage outages/uptime.
- On-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine solutions.
- Provide field calls for system outages.
- Manage inventory of spare parts.
- Manage monthly expense reporting.
- Maintain company vehicle and routine maintenance.
