Responsibilities
Ensure machineries at customer sites are working properly
Perform machinery programing, maintenance/troubleshooting at customer site
Install the new machinery and perform preventative maintenance
Work on engineering drawing, schematics, manuals, and training for customers
Analyze the current production flow and efficiency and provide consultation for process improvement
Maintain clean and safe workplace and ensure the team follows company procedure and policies
Analyze the existing system and implement action plans for quality improvement
Communicate with customers effectively and handle difficult situations
Build and maintain a professional relationship with team members for effective communication
Follow all OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, EPA standards for optimal operations for the facility
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience as Field Service Engineering in semiconductor industry
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
Ability to join 3 months training overseas
