Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI) is seeking a Field Services Representative for our Houston office.

The role focuses on supporting project construction and contract administration, including developing system test procedures, coordinating user trainings, and performing functional tests in field settings. The successful candidate will bring 10+ years in construction management or related fields, with knowledge of test and balance, controls, electrical and life-safety systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands on experience in construction management/administration, commissioning, facilities management/operation, mechanical contracting or MEP coordination.
• Knowledge of test and balance, and controls is required.
• Knowledge of electrical and life safety systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate system test procedures and organize user training sessions.
• Administer functional performance tests and conduct field observations.
• Attend progress meetings and assist in document control.
