Anticipated Duration: 6+ Month Contract to Hire

Responsibilities:

• Travel to multiple sites within a specified region to provide onsite services including:
• Troubleshooting
• Hardware Repair
• Basic Software troubleshooting
• Basic Client training post installation
• Install hardware/software & network devices and configure products at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance issues.
• Perform maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by advising on preventive maintenance and configurations that may impact product performance.
• Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruptions.
• Deliver fully integrated solutions, including peripherals, communications, operating systems, and applications software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electronics and/or chemistry or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years supporting Analytical Instrumentation products, with 80% hardware support (Gas Chromatography experience required).
• Basic networking knowledge (connecting devices, pinging for connectivity).
• Basic electronics and power systems knowledge.
• Ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
• Maintain composure under tight deadlines.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with log gathering and remote troubleshooting tools.
• Case management experience (Salesforce Service Cloud preferred).
• Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Work independently with minimal guidance.
• Analyze and diagnose problems effectively.
• Customer-focused attitude and professional interactions.

The hourly pay rate range is $45.00 to $60.00, depending on factors like experience, client requirements, location, and statutory considerations. Benefits for full-time employees include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k, and commuter benefits.
