Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher Corporation, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to maintain diagnostic tools impacting patient health. This remote position covers the Los Angeles to Inland Empire area.

Responsibilities include:

1. Handling troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs of Beckman Coulter equipment, providing technical training and excellent customer service.
2. Maintaining accurate service logs, managing parts orders, and using systems like OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
3. Engaging with stakeholders and training new engineers.

Minimum requirements:

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent military experience.
• 1-year experience with diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electronic, or instrumentation equipment.

Travel & Physical Requirements:

• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Preferred experience:

• Over 2 years of advanced troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Experience developing stakeholder relationships and a background in biomed, engineering, or related fields.
