Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled Onsite Support Manager to oversee daily field service operations in Flowery Branch, GA. You will manage tickets, dispatch, and asset delivery for Daas service across hubs, while coordinating vendors and meeting room support.

Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive regional service quality. Experience in ITIL, SLA, incident management, IMAC, and ServiceNow is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Field service support in manufacturing domain.
• ITIL framework knowledge.
• Experience with SLA and incident management.
• Proficient in IMAC and on-network smart hands support.
• Strong customer communication skills.
• Team leadership experience preferred.
• Ops lead for EUC role desirable.
