Omni One, a long-established industrial machinery services provider in the United States, seeks a Field Service Engineer for Cincinnati, OH. This role focuses on onsite servicing and diagnosing machine tools, with regular local travel and strong customer-facing responsibilities.

You will perform preventive and emergency maintenance, work with the sales team to generate new business, and serve as the company face during customer interactions. Home most nights due to local travel.

Formación

• 3-5 years’ experience with Machine Tool maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Superb customer service skills, ability to serve as face of company.

Duties of the Field Service Engineer:

Provide onsite service and troubleshooting of machine tools and machine tool accessories

Travel to customer facilities ranging in industry type

Perform both preventive maintenance and emergency service

Work closely with sales team to cultivate new business opportunities and growth

Qualifications of the Field Service Engineer:

3-5 years’ experience with Machine Tool maintenance

Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Ability to travel locally. Home most every night.
