associacareers is seeking a Director of Field Services to lead maintenance and construction departments on large-scale projects. You will oversee client relations, vendor engagement, and project execution with Boards of Directors and homeowners, ensuring top-tier service and profitability.

In this role, you will develop department structure, manage staff, monitor budgets, and drive growth through strategic planning and client-focused value-added services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5–7 years of directly related or closely related experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
• Demonstrated professional communication and customer service skills.
• Expert-level project management competence and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the use of Project Services department at profitable margins to community managers and clients.
• Act as a relationship manager to clients and extend the relationship to increase branch appreciation.
• Be the first provider on large-scale projects and enter into contracts prior to other vendors or lenders.
• Guide Boards of Directors through planning, vendor selection, and project execution; attend meetings and site inspections.
• Build department structure, tools, templates, and a team for long-term growth and project capture.
