Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work independently across multiple locations. You will assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Daily inspections ensure units are ready to rent and inventory is accurate.

Responsibilities include auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and keeping customers current with payments. You must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel between sites with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments.
• Able to travel between multiple locations with a valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Comfort working outdoors and indoors across varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business
• Help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
