Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple sites, independently overseeing daily operations both indoors and outdoors.

You will assess customer storage needs, recommend packing supplies, conduct inspections, handle cash deposits, and assist customers with payments and reminders. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required, with mileage reimbursement offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments such as retail or restaurant.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle to travel between locations (mileage reimbursement available).

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside
• We assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business
• We help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
