Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with DOT and regulatory standards while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This role emphasizes strategic growth and customer relations in a challenging field

Qualifications

• Experience creating and understanding budgets including analysis and creation.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to lead and mentor in a team atmosphere.
• A team player with collaborative leadership abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Must be able to perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Willingness to undergo background check, drug test and physical.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices and policies.
• Direct and optimize overall operations in the assigned geographic area.
• Communicate required report information to all pertinent departments.
• Review operational reports for problems, customer concerns, regulatory compliance and safety issues; provide input.
• Monitor branch performance with focus on safety and environmental issues; propose solutions.
• Provide leadership and direction while maintaining a safe, team-oriented workplace.
• Ensure staff operate according to company goals, policies, and regulations.
• Conduct periodic field visits to inspect equipment and environment.
• Market the company services and seek growth opportunities; maintain client relationships.
