Job summary

Geronimo Power is seeking a Field Services Associate to join the Operations team in Bloomington. This role provides coordination and administrative support for field programs, systems, reporting, contractor management, and compliance across the operating fleet.

Reporting to the Field Services Manager, you will support Fiix, Gensuite, Envoy, LMS, and other platforms, maintain data accuracy, assist with onboarding, and coordinate major work across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree, technical school certificate, or 2+ years related experience, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting renewable energy, power generation, or industrial operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, email, and reporting tools; Power BI or similar tools preferred.
• Ability to compile, review, organize, validate, and communicate operational and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, adoption, and continuous improvement of Operations systems (Fiix, Gensuite, Envoy, LMS).
• Maintain system records, user access, workflows, templates, assets, and data standards.
• Support maintenance campaigns, work orders, inspections, and fleet-wide initiatives.

• Compile and maintain ESG, contractor, and maintenance performance data.
• Assist with KPI dashboards, scorecards, and recurring Operations reporting.

About This Role

Geronimo Power is seeking a Field Services Associate to join the Operations team. This role provides enterprise-wide coordination and administrative support for field programs, operational systems, reporting, contractor management, compliance tracking, and fleet-wide initiatives.

Reporting to the Field Services Manager, the Field Services Associate supports the effective use of Fiix, Gensuite, Envoy, learning management systems, and other Operations platforms; maintains reliable operational and compliance data; assists with contractor qualification and onboarding; and helps coordinate major work efforts across multiple operating sites.

This role partners with Field Operations, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Engineering, Asset Management, Procurement, and other business functions to improve consistency, data visibility, and execution across Geronimo Power’s operating fleet.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration, adoption, and continuous improvement of Operations systems, including Fiix, Gensuite, Envoy, learning management systems, and future business platforms.
• Maintain system records, user access, workflows, templates, asset information, and data standards.
• Support preventive maintenance programs, work orders, inspection requirements, corrective actions, and fleet-wide initiatives.
• Monitor system and data quality, identify gaps, and coordinate resolution with field teams and system owners.
• Compile, validate, and maintain Operations, EHS, environmental, social, and governance (ESG), contractor, and maintenance performance data.
• Support KPI dashboards, scorecards, Power BI reports, and recurring Operations reporting.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting across operating sites and corporate functions.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting for maintenance campaigns and major work efforts spanning multiple sites.
• Maintain program schedules, milestones, action items, completion status, and supporting documentation.
• Support contractor qualification and onboarding, including ISNetworld and applicable Operations requirements.
• Maintain contractor compliance records, performance information, vendor safety assessments, and supporting documentation.
• Support audit preparation, evidence collection, record reviews, and corrective-action tracking.
• Support ESG metric collection, sustainability reporting, data validation, and data governance.
• Provide backup coverage for critical Operations and EHS systems and recurring reporting processes.
• Perform other duties and support additional Operations programs as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Four-year college degree, technical school certificate, or two or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting renewable energy, power generation, industrial operations, maintenance, EHS, project management, or a related function preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, email, reporting tools, and business management systems; experience with Power BI or comparable reporting tools preferred.
• Ability to compile, review, organize, validate, and communicate operational and performance data.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to complete, accurate, and audit-ready records.
• Ability to identify process gaps, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with field and corporate teams at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to handle confidential operational, safety, and contractor information appropriately.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel periodically to operating sites and company offices.
• Preferred: Experience coordinating programs or major work efforts across multiple locations.
• Preferred: Experience developing procedures, workflows, training materials, and process documentation.
• Preferred: Experience in solar, wind, battery energy storage, or other power-generation operations.
• Preferred: Ability to provide additional support during major fleet initiatives, outages, or operational events.

• Field and corporate partners receive timely, reliable information that supports effective operational decisions.
• Process gaps are identified, documented, and resolved through practical continuous-improvement efforts.

Pay Range for the posted level: $76,500 – $90,000 plus target annual bonus opportunity of 10%. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and demonstrated market-relevant expertise.
