Job summary

Destiny Homes is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Georgia to support Field Service operations and provide timely updates to customers. You will interpret warranty terms, schedule service and parts, review invoices, and maintain accurate service records with professional communication.

This role requires exceptional customer service, the ability to read construction prints, handle changing priorities, and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in a Customer Service role preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction-related documents.

Responsibilities

• Process work orders to assist Field Service Technicians and communicate updates as needed.
• Respond to customer calls and emails regarding service questions.
• Interpret and administer Destiny Homes warranty/service policy according to its terms and conditions.
• Represent Destiny Homes professionally and effectively.
• Utilize equipment and personnel efficiently and effectively.
• Implement a priority identification system for work orders that require special handling.
• Prioritize and schedule service, minimizing consumer complaints and managing service backlog.
• Create and schedule service and parts requests for factory, contractors and dealers.
• Review, verify and approve contractor and dealer service invoices prior to payment.
• Utilize vendor claim process to ensure defective parts are returned for credit.
• Maintain accurate service records and files.
• Communicate shortages, product quality or design problems to the Service Manager.
• Assist associates with parts as needed.
