Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Field Service Representative to support DHS initiatives from a remote Riverside, CA site, with quarterly travel to Fairfax, VA. The role emphasizes instructional design, training delivery, and program evaluation to maximize mission impact.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years analyzing ISR imagery or 2–3 years with DHS/CBP, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a high-tempo environment. Travel up to 50% CONUS is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Intelligence Studies, IT, Science, Geography, Political Science, History, or International Studies.
• 4 years relevant experience
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust
• Ability to travel up to 50% CONUS

Responsibilities

• Travel to CONUS sites for training exercises.
• Develop and implement training plans following ADDIE and SAM instructional design models.
• Conduct local and distance-based training initiatives.
• Evaluate training programs using the Kirkpatrick Model.
• Communicate with mission partners to support DHS/CBP initiatives.
