Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Field Service Representative to maintain various PEO Soldier systems at Fort Drum, NY. You will install, repair and troubleshoot electronic systems and provide Programs of Instruction to military customers.

Requirements include an Active Secret Clearance, military experience, and a Military Instructor Course or equivalent, plus an AA/AS or equivalent and a civilian driver’s license. Travel up to 50% (CONUS) is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Military experience is required (Ranger Qualified or 18 Series preferred).
• Military Instructor Course or equivalent is required.
• Civilian driver’s license is required.
• Associate degree (AA/AS) or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of firearms, night vision/thermal and comms equipment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with military customers to understand operational needs and issue resolution.
• Respond to service calls in a timely fashion and manage time effectively.
• Complete site surveys, installations, troubleshooting procedures and system checks.
• Perform small scale equipment moves/adds/changes as needed.
