Job summary

CA\ACI International Inc is seeking a Field Service Representative to maintain PEO Soldier systems at Fort Benning, GA. The role requires installing, repairing, and troubleshooting electronic systems, and delivering programs of instruction to military customers.

You will work with military personnel, manage service calls, perform site surveys and installations, and provide basic system administration training.

Qualifications

• Requires an Active Secret Clearance.
• Military experience (Ranger Qualified or 18 Series preferred).
• Completed Military Instructor Course or equivalent.
• Must have civilian driver’s license.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% (CONUS).
• Associate degree (AA/AS) or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with military customers to understand operational needs and issues.
• Manage time to respond to service calls in a timely fashion.
• Perform site surveys, system installations, troubleshooting, and operational checks.
• Move, adds, or changes of client equipment as needed.
• Provide classroom instruction and hands-on training in operational environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Provide basic system administration training to technical users.
