Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an administrative resource to support the Engineer in Training and Field Service University programs. You will manage SELP LMS configurations, enrollments, and course creation, while coordinating training events and vendor relationships to ensure robust training operations.

Your role requires strong organizational skills, data management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive program success and operational excellence. Travel up to 20% domestically is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of training coordination, LMS administration, or corporate event planning.
• Strong proficiency in LMS administration, especially SELP.
• Experience in event logistics management and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SELP administrator, manage configurations, course creation, and enrollments.
• Coordinate logistics for training events: venue, catering, setup, materials.
• Align instructor availability with delivery timelines and manage external vendors.
• Generate and distribute compliance, completion, and evaluation reports to leadership.
• Facilitate feedback loops to improve training quality and participant experience.
