Qualifications

• 3+ years of Tool Crib management or VMI experience in manufacturing.
• Strong cutting tool literacy and standard terminology.
• Proficient with Excel and inventory data management.
• Customer-facing, professional service mindset.
• VMI familiarity with software is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Client-Site Audits: assess tooling inventory at customer locations.
• System Installation: install and configure automated tool-vending systems; manage inventories.
• Customer Training: provide on-site software training post-installation.
• Tech Support: remote and on-site maintenance for vending equipment.
• Warehouse Backup: support tools crib and delivery routes when not traveling.
