Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Representative based in Dothan, AL to support cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection across a 30-mile radius. You will work independently in the field, building trusted relationships with customers and promoting best practices to protect assets and improve performance.

You will also perform routine chemistry tests, log data, and assist Sales Representatives in executing customer system assurance plans while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of water treatment or industrial environment experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert service for cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection.
• Provide technical support and escalate complex challenges as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers and promote best practices.
• Ensure full compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Log chemistry tests, report data, and maintain product inventories at customer sites.
• Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts.
