Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical service for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between Veolia and industrial customers, performing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across diverse industries.

You will obtain water samples, conduct analyses, and provide expert recommendations while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent training.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation at customer sites.
Obtain water samples and perform tests (pH, conductivity, hardness, silica, PTSA) and enter data.
Provide technical consultation, training, and solutions to customer teams.
Calibrate equipment, program controllers, perform preventative maintenance, and diagnose issues on-site or remotely.
Maintain detailed service reports, inventory, and safety compliance.
Support multiple customer sites within the territory and coordinate with sales for service delivery.
