Job summary

Veolia Group seeks a Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical service for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems. You will install, commission, service equipment, perform water testing, and support customer operations with technical excellence.

Required: 2–5 years in instrumentation/electronics or related training, a technical degree, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel within the territory. Safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• 2–5 years of instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or related training.
• Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation.
• Obtain samples and perform water testing (pH, conductivity, hardness, silica, PTSA) and enter data.
• Provide technical consultation, recommendations, and training to customer teams.
• Calibrate equipment, program controllers, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues.
• Maintain detailed service reports and inventory management; follow safety protocols.
• Support multiple sites within territory and coordinate with sales teams.
