Veolia is seeking a Dispatchable Field Service Representative to provide operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for diverse customers. You will work with technologies including media filtration, softening, RO, IX, de-oxygenation, and UF, performing maintenance, calibration, and on-site problem solving.

You will consult with customer management and operation teams, ensure contract compliance, and monitor equipment performance.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years’ service/maintenance in industrial environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: STEM degree or technical certificate in instrumentation/electrical/mechanical.
• Preferred: TWIC card.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, pumps, and instrumentation.
• Create and maintain site paperwork; provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals and ensure replacement parts availability.
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI) and site-specific tests.
• Enter and complete work orders in the Maintenance Program (MaintainX).
• Respond to customer callouts and support team coverage during planned absences.
