Headworks, Inc. is seeking an experienced Wastewater Engineering Field Service Technician to install, repair, and troubleshoot field equipment in diverse sites.

This role requires self-motivation, 5+ years of field service experience with industrial equipment, basic electrical controls knowledge, and strong customer-facing skills. The position entails 70-80% travel, overnight travel, and international travel if needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related field service experience.
• Practical experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment.
• Experience with biological wastewater treatment processes a plus.

Responsabilités

• Inspect installations by contractors and start-up equipment.
• Serve as on-site customer contact for technical problems.
• Train customers in preventive maintenance and operation of equipment.
• Retrofit and rebuild equipment for upgrades at site.
• Identify service and after-market parts opportunities and escalate.
• Submit detailed service reports.
