Job summary

Parkson Corporation is looking for a Field Service Specialist to service water and wastewater equipment in customer facilities. You will install, startup, maintain systems, perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, and provide on-site trainings.

Requirements include 2+ years in field service for water/wastewater or industrial maintenance, and an Associate or Bachelor degree in a related field. Up to 90% travel; candidate should live within 45 minutes of a major airport.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of field service in water/wastewater or industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain water/wastewater treatment systems, pumps, valves, and related components.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and chemical treatment system issues.
• Provide on-site technical support, site surveys, inspections, and maintenance feedback.
• Educate clients on equipment use, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain service records, complete work orders, and deliver detailed reports.
• Available for on-call emergency service as required.
