Job summary

Imperial, LLC seeks a Field Service Technician to service vending machines, perform preventative maintenance, and set up equipment at client sites across Oklahoma. The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift heavy loads, and strong problem-solving skills.

You will travel to customer locations, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and maintain excellent client relations while ensuring World Class Service and on-time attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A 2-year degree in Business Management or Maintenance Technologies is a plus.
• Mechanical and/or electrical background is preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration processes is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and work in non-climate controlled environments.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Drive company van/truck to and from customer locations.
• Perform service calls and preventative maintenance on vending equipment.
• Set up various vending equipment and ensure proper operation.
• Provide world class service and maintain client relations.
• Participate in on-call rotation and travel as required.
• Use hand tools, pallet jacks, forklifts, and lift gates.
• Maintain on-time attendance and safety standards.
• Adapt to changing policies and procedures.
