Job summary

Imperial Company in Davenport, IA is seeking a Vending Machine Service Technician to perform on-site service calls and preventative maintenance on our vending equipment. This full-time role includes an on-call rotation and travel to client locations in all weather conditions.

You will operate a company vehicle, work with hand tools, forklifts, pallet jacks, and lift gates, and help maintain excellent client relations. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and/or electrical background from work experience or formal training.
• Willingness to travel to client locations to service equipment and installs.
• Willingness to work on-call rotation that includes weekend, nights, and early morning service calls.

Responsibilities

• Answer service calls
• Setup of various vending equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Provide World Class Service helping our team and customers to maintain client relations
• Drive Company Vehicle in all weather elements
• Lifting and loading (100+ pounds) of equipment on and off vehicle
• Walk, stand, bend, overhead reaching, stairs, driving
• Use of hand tools, pallet jacks, forklifts, truck lift gates
• Be on time and present
• We will Train!
