Job summary

Saic is seeking a Field Service Technician to support IT capabilities for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency in Andover, Massachusetts. This role involves providing both on-site and remote technical support for mission applications, customer service requests, and classroom technology setup.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience (or equivalent), must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret clearance, and hold IAT-II Certification. A target salary range of $80,001 - $120,000 is offered, influenced by experience and other factors.
