Job summary

Atlas Copco is hiring a Service Technician Trainee to support remote operations in Brighton, CO. You will service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors and related equipment near customers, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will train at the Air Academy, work with Senior Technicians, and participate in an on-call rotation to respond to customer needs. Fluency in English and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fluent in English with basic mechanics/electrical theory knowledge.
• Computer skills to complete work orders and service reports.
• Customer-focused and safety-conscious on site.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive service, troubleshoot and repair air compressors and related equipment.
• Pressure wash and clean equipment pads and surroundings.
• Communicate with customer and Service Manager about repairs and options.
• Fill out service reports, forms, and warranty/return documentation.
• Attend Air Academy training and mentor with senior technicians.
• Promote safety and proper PPE usage on site.
• Set, install, and pipe compressor systems as needed.
• Join rotating on-call pool with travel to customer locations.
• Subject to random drug testing.
