Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Service Technician in Warrensville Heights, OH to provide professional service and support for customers by performing field service installation, startup, repairs and maintenance of products as needed.

The role requires diagnosing and solving technical issues, traveling to customer sites, and maintaining strong client relationships while adhering to safety and DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Experience in fuel tank installation and maintenance preferred.
• Must be able to meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
• Ability to drive to various locations for necessary work.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
