Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Service Technician to provide field service installation, startup, repairs and maintenance of products as needed. You will work with customers to ensure proper operation and satisfaction.

Key duties include on-site service visits, diagnosing and fixing technical issues, traveling to project sites, and coordinating with the technical team to share information and best practices. A valid driver's license is required and DOT/FMCSA standards apply.

Qualifications

Must have valid driver's license with clean MVR.
CDL preferred but not required.
DOT and FMCSA physical requirements must be met.
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Manage all onsite tank installations, repairs, maintenance and test tasks.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Operate vehicle in a safe manner.
Follow all company procedures and protocols.
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
Build positive relationships with customers.
On call required for contaminations, marine and spills.
May travel out of town/state for projects.
