You will manage work orders, maintain inventory in the van, and complete accurate time and repair documentation, adhering to safety and company guidelines. A DOT medical certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years mechanical/electrical experience preferred.
• Strong reading of schematics and manuals.
• Good verbal and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to operate standard hand tools safely.
• DOT Medical Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair customer equipment.
• Installations as required and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Open/close work orders with Dispatch and log service narratives.
• Maintain van inventory and keep it clean and organized.
• Provide professional customer service and effective communication.
• Complete time and repair paperwork accurately and timely.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
