Job summary

Beverage Systems, Inc. in Western New York seeks a skilled Field Service Technician to diagnose, restore, and repair commercial beverage equipment at customer sites throughout the region.

You will install, repair, and maintain equipment, communicate with dispatch, and cover occasional weekend emergency calls. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required; tools provided; you’ll join a family-owned team dedicated to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Occasional weekend availability.
• Electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Read volts, amps, ohms with multimeters.
• Plumbing knowledge.
• Provide your own general tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain commercial beverage equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Demonstrate proper knowledge of equipment; inform supervisor when extra training is needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and company vehicles.
• Cover emergency calls on weekends on a rotating basis.
• Fill out field service reports legibly and with detail.
• Coordinate with dispatcher to relay accurate information.
