ALL SET APPLIANCE SERVICES INC. is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and test residential appliances across Central Florida.

You will visit customers at their homes, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and provide clear cost options while maintaining accurate service records. The role requires a strong customer-service mindset, safe work practices, and the ability to travel locally.

Formación

• Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing common household appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers).
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills with safe use of diagnostic tools and meters.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities with a professional, respectful approach in diverse households.
• Ability to read and follow service manuals, work orders, and technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel locally for service calls.
• Good time management and organizational skills to manage daily routes, parts, and documentation.
• Physical ability to lift and move appliances safely, and to work in varied home environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school training or prior appliance repair experience is a plus.
• Commitment to safety practices, reliability, and continuous learning about new appliance models and technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and test a variety of appliances to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems and replace parts as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and clearly communicate repair options and costs to customers.
