Qualifications

• Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing common household appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers).

• Strong customer service and communication abilities with a professional, respectful approach in diverse households.
• Ability to read and follow service manuals, work orders, and technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel locally for service calls.

• Physical ability to lift and move appliances safely, and to work in varied home environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school training or prior appliance repair experience is a plus.
