Applied Innovation in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a dependable Field Service Technician for a full-time, Monday–Friday role from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will service and maintain office equipment at customer sites while representing the company with professionalism and care.

Training is provided; prior field experience is helpful but not required. You will drive a company vehicle, with a gas card and tools supplied.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/License/Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record required.
• Factory certifications (Canon, Ricoh) preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of print drivers and basic network communication is helpful.
• Prior field service or technical repair experience is a plus, but not required.
