Imperial Brady is hiring a Service & Repair Field Technician in Memphis, TN. The role focuses on servicing and repairing commercial housekeeping equipment and maintaining strong relationships with customer accounts.

You will perform maintenance, demonstrations, and parts coordination while ensuring safety procedures are followed. A driver’s license and prior service experience are required and the company offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• A valid driver's license and a clean MVR.
• Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Electrical and mechanical experience.
• Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums.
• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain up-to-date records of services performed
• Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory
• Properly demonstrate equipment to customers
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures

The Service Repair Technician maintains, and services housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by our customers.
