Job summary

Imperial Brady in Memphis, TN is seeking a Service Repair Technician to service and repair commercial housekeeping equipment including carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums.

You will establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, keep up-to-date service records, purchase parts, demonstrate equipment, and coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment (carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, vacuums).
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date service records of all work performed.
• Purchase parts and supplies as needed and track inventory.
• Properly demonstrate equipment to customers and ensure proper usage.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge and adhere to safety procedures.

The Service Repair Technician maintains, and services housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by our customers.

You Will

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums
• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain up-to-date records of services performed
• Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory
• Properly demonstrate equipment to customers
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures

You Have

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• A valid driver's license and a clean MVR
• Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience
• Electrical and mechanical experience
• Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment
• Excellent communication skills
