Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a skilled field service professional to install, inspect, and maintain equipment per specifications and safety standards. You will diagnose issues, perform on-site or remote repairs, and document service activities for quality control.

You'll train customers on operation and maintenance, coordinate with engineering and support teams, and ensure tools and vehicles are well-maintained. Flexibility for evenings or on-call shifts is required in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 1–3 years in a technical service, maintenance, or repair role.
• Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting and reading manuals/schematics.

• Stay up to date with new technologies and service procedures
• Work may include evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical service, maintenance, or repair role
• Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors)
