Job summary

AMAROK is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites. This role requires Monday–Friday overnight travel within a 150–250 mile radius, ensuring security and functionality of AMAROK systems nationwide.

Approximate Year-End Pay Range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year, based on experience and travel requirements. Company vehicle and travel expenses are provided; windshields time paid and highly competitive pay

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems.
• OSHA certification and/or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects and safely climb a ladder up to 30 ft.
• Able to operate power equipment such as aerial lifts, concrete saws, jack hammers, augers, mixers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and system upgrades at customer sites.
• Assist Install Department with site planning, compliance, inspections and commissioning.
• Organize and prioritize daily service calls and routes for timely maintenance and repairs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and support.
• Drive safely and comply with traffic laws to reach service locations.
