Job summary

Intralot, Inc. is actively hiring a Field Service Technician to support customers across the New Hampshire region.

The role runs 12:30pm–9pm, Wednesday to Sunday, requiring installation, maintenance, and service of satellite dishes, POS terminals, and related equipment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2–5 years in telecom/electronics, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years experience with commercial communication systems or electronics.
• At least 3 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record; no DUI/DWI in 3-year period prior to employment.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and maintain satellite dishes and POS terminals.
• Analyze traffic and performance data.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and system issues.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Operate company vehicle safely.
• Maintain accurate installation/service records.
• Report system status and safety compliance.
