Job summary

Intralot, Inc. is seeking an on-site Telecommunications Technician to deliver, install, and maintain satellite dishes and related equipment for retail locations.

You will support POS terminals and supplies and work under the Customer Service Technician Manager. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1–3 years in commercial communications or electronics, plus at least 3 years of driving with a clean record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years experience with commercial communication systems or electronics.
• Must have at least 3 years driving experience in the class of vehicle operated; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and maintain satellite dishes and related equipment, retailer POS terminals and supplies.
• Analyze and evaluate traffic and performance data.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and system issues
• Provide technical support to customers
• Use power and hand tools for installation and maintenance of satellite terminals and antennas
• Service satellites on rooftop installations
• Maintain records of installations, services and repairs
• Report technical status of system with accuracy and completeness
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety policies
• Operate company vehicle safely and report repairs when required
