Job summary

Intralot, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to deliver, install, and maintain satellite dishes and related equipment for retail locations.

The role involves analyzing data, diagnosing hardware/software issues, and providing on-site technical support on a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays. Applicants must have 2–5 years experience with telecom or electronics and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years experience with commercial communication systems or electronics.
• Must have at least 3 years of driving experience in the class of vehicle operated.
• Must be able to distinguish distances and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and maintain satellite dishes and related equipment, retailer POS terminals and supplies.
• Analyze and evaluate traffic and performance data.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and system issues.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Use power and hand tools for installation and maintenance of satellite terminals.
