Job summary

Bally's Intralot, Inc. seeks a field service technician to install and maintain satellite dishes, POS terminals, and related equipment for retail locations. You will analyze performance data, diagnose issues, and provide customer support in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities include safe operation of a company vehicle, documenting work, and meeting regulatory background checks and drug screening requirements. A valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years experience with commercial communication systems or electronics.
• Must have at least 3 years driving experience in the class of vehicle operated.
• Ability to distinguish far/near/peripheral distances.
• Clean driving record and pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and maintain satellite dishes and related equipment, retailer POS terminals and supplies.
• Analyze and evaluate traffic and performance data.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and system issues.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Operate company vehicle safely while performing duties and traveling.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, services and repairs.
